Excellent Customer Service.

I picked up a Skoda Octavia yesterday and Will in sales could not have done more. From when I ordered back last year until now he's been very patient and gave a great run-through/set up before I drove off. Very happy with the purchase and treatment from all at DMG.

Called as my wing mirror on my Skoda was broken, spoke with Liam in parts and Kevin. Mirror was ordered and fitted promptly within 3 days . Super service and reasonable too. Thanks guys.

Made service department aware of brakes squeaking prior to service. Told me they couldn't hear anything. I drove off and didnt even get to the end of the road and brakes back squeaking again.The guts of 260e for the service and still squeaking brakes. 1 month later, squeaking still there. Rang back and guy on the phone, who was borderline rude, said they would look at it for me but it would take 3 weeks!??!?!  Pretty appalling time frame. Take your money and send you on your way. Not a great way to treat customers who have spent alot of money.
