Description
From December 1, 2025, all antiparasitic medicines for food-producing animals and horses in Ireland will require a veterinary prescription. This change is due to new Irish legislation which was implemented to ensure responsible, evidence based worming, to protect horses, and slow the spread of resistance. Performing fecal egg counts, and herd health assessments prior to deworming is the best way to tackle worm burdens in your horses. To plan your deworming this winter please call 0871429167 for veterinary advice. Based in East Galway.
