Fantastic after sales support from Clontrac.  Had an issue with a compact tractor bought 10 months ago and Clontrac was able to get out to us within a few days and repair it on site. Always a pleasure engaging with Thomas and Clontrac.

Tom is a man of his word. Bought a flail mower that was too big for my MF35. He took it back as promised if it turned out to overload the engine. He collected the oversize mower and delivered a smaller one.

You can see from the website the vast array of specialised equipment sold by Clontrac and the value they offer. What you cannot see is the service that Thomas and the team provides to its customers. They apply their wealth of experience to make sure you buy a product that is perfectly suited to the task and they offer a level of customer service that ensures I keep coming back. Ordered parts that were listed as "in stock" on website, they took a full two weeks to be delivered. Communication is basically none existent, emails not replied to. Each phone call took about 4 attempts before a call back was received, told me parts had left their shop 3 times before they actually left with a courier. Would not order again.
