Absolutely poor piece of kit. Drilled 8 holes of 4mm on a 1mm thick sheet and got stuck. Never moved got replaced by the company. The replacement model that company delivered was water damaged . Mold in the cardboard, water marks every where, every nut and bolt was rusted as if it was dug out of bog!

Horrendous QC or pretty much non-existent, total waste of time dealing and buying with them. There is no QC happening at their end so better off buying elsewhere than wasting your time.

Sent pillar to post over the phone to lodge the complain, waiting for refund which they said will be issued when the machine is collected, everything as per their convenience.

Wouldnt buy again.

We placed an order over a month ago and at first made a small mistake instead of ticking the box for delivery, we ticked the store pickup.
We realised the mistake after a week and reached out to customer service. No problem, paid extra 20 for extra heavy item (even though they do offer free delivery?) and waited for delivery.
Half of the order was delivered within couple of days, but the heavy item (and the one we were actually waiting for) wasn't there. The delivery guy claimed he didn't have enough space in the van and it will be delivered next time.
We waited a week and then reached out to them again. We were told the delivery is scheduled in a couple of days. Again, wasn't delivered. We gave an extra day and called again.
This time we were told they don't have the item in stock and it will be 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered, 23rd of April to be exact. In all this time we did not receive any communication from them, no calls or emails letting us know what is happening, no follow ups.
The time has passed and the order still hasn't arrived. After calling them today we found they still don't have it in stock. No calls or emails, just ridiculing on the phone after getting frustrated and getting hanged up. Agent refused to give his name too.
Yes, we were offered a refund, but that isn't what we wanted and we did wait the few extra weeks for it to arrive, it just never did.
Absolutely dissapointed with the lack of communication and the handling of the situation, made us think your reviews online aren't really genuine.
Also, never received the 20 euro back that was paid for the extra heavy delivery. It seems like they just plainly ignore any of our attempts to contact them about it now.

Fantastic after sales support from Clontrac.  Had an issue with a compact tractor bought 10 months ago and Clontrac was able to get out to us within a few days and repair it on site. Always a pleasure engaging with Thomas and Clontrac.

Tom is a man of his word. Bought a flail mower that was too big for my MF35. He took it back as promised if it turned out to overload the engine. He collected the oversize mower and delivered a smaller one.

You can see from the website the vast array of specialised equipment sold by Clontrac and the value they offer. What you cannot see is the service that Thomas and the team provides to its customers. They apply their wealth of experience to make sure you buy a product that is perfectly suited to the task and they offer a level of customer service that ensures I keep coming back. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clontrac.

Recently bought a Sunward mini digger from Clontrac. Fantastic machine and Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Will definitely do business with them again.

Have bought a few bits off Danso over the years including a boom sprayer, JD ride on, log splitter and most recently a wood chipper. Had a small issue with the ride on recently and the lads bent over backwards to help. Got a great deal on the chipper. They always provide solutions to any problems Ive had. One of the best machinery dealers I’ve ever done business with. Wholeheartedly recommend them for professional service and advice

Very busy place, lots of machinery and parts .
Bought a Kubota 21 HP mower off Graeme and James . Super value . Had a small problem, dropped down to the lads and they fixed it straight away. Nothing is too much hassle.
Would highly recommend Danso Machinery.

The guys here are great, purchased a flail mower and it works great and they talked me through the perfect setup.

Bought a finishing mower which was recommended by Danso for a MF135.  Design is flawed as the mower sits too close to the back wheels and can't lift.  Contacted Danso to be told that it was due to the tyres on the 135!  Then quoted €10 for extension plates to move the mower mounting back from the tractor.  Jus wanted a solution so didn't dispute - but they then tried to charge €15 each!

I would not recommend this company.
