We bought our first family car here back in 2021 just before our first baby and they were great then so we went for round 2, Michael from Volvo was our sales rep and we asked for a very specific car on the 4th of Feb and Michael was great he worked with us every step of the way, kept us informed and within 3 weeks we got our dream Volvo and within the 0% APR deadline which was fantastic. Can not fault them at all great sales team! We love our new car!

Recently bought my Volvo here from Michael. Great experience and everything was hassle free. He showed me multiple colours and specs until we found the right one. Very happy to say the least. Thanks again the finlay motor group and also Michael in Volvo.

Very unprofessional comments about my 212 Tucson Hybrid, stating resale value was bad due to poor fuel economy. I get 58 mpg in summer, and 47mpg in winter. He gave  me an extremely bad valuation on my Vehicle so consequently went with another dealer that offer me €8,800   more  that Finlay Motor group offered me for the Tucson. Staff need to be trained that you do not make bad comments other makes of cars.

Thank for your reply,  you mention the valuation is based on the condition of the vehicle. Vehicle is in excellent condition, very well looked after. serviced annually Km43,000 and 2 1/2" years old . The reason your sales staff gave for poor second had value was the fuel consumption. The  sales person could see the fuel consumption was good 5.7l/100 km or 49.56 MPG combined urban and long distance.

I was given an absurdly low trade in price. One that was betterd by every other dealer I went to, by a wide margin.
Some of the sales tactics were laughable.
Lots of tapping on a calculator, later showing the trade in price in a big reveal by displaying it written on the palm of his hand.
Wow, you're trying to rip me off. In 3D. Bravo.
