Zucar was great to deal with. From the initial reception, you already felt welcomed. The ladies were nice and polite.
I dealt with Aaron who was able to show me the different options that they had in line with the car I was looking for. He was attentive and listened to my needs. Test drive was smooth and was arranged immediately. We went on with the payment in a flawless manner and I would recommend anyone to go with Zucar. Even the after sales correspondence was great and they made sure I was happy with the car that I bought. Some other dealers always go for the sale but Zucar wanted to make sure that I was happy with the choice I made and not trying to upsell or convince me to buy what they want.
When I called in for an after sale query, Barry was welcoming and  great to deal with. Kudos to the whole team.

Recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Zu Car Cork. The sales and services team are great to deal with, in my case Steve in particular as well as Aoife & Aaron were always happy to help answer any questions I had without pushing for a sale. Be realistic with your trade in expectations and do your homework in advance, you may be offered more elsewhere but you will likely not get the same after sale support options/add ons which I would recommend as they are reasonable. Importantly, they fully evaluate their cars in terms of condition/issues, they will simply not sell a car with a problem they are aware of which is a breath of fresh air and peace of mind as buying a used car is always somewhat of a gamble. Highly recommend.

Good range of 2nd hand cars with best price. No haggle though because of low prices. Love the sales and customer service crews. Highly recommended place to buy fairly used cars. Great Head of Sales  manager with customers centric attitude..

This sales person comes towards to me with this genuine smile with such manners and happy out..
I was impressed i have to say, either coffee was offered while i was asked to give her a couple minutes to finish up something she was doing.
A couple vehicle's were show me a decision was made just there and then..
Aoife was so kind and making sure everything was going smoothly while the paperwork was running.
Chatting about many things and laugh..
Car was collect a couple days after, very clean, spotless.

A salesman with curly hair and beard on 26 March afternoon was unprofessional and full mouth lies.

1. The E coupe has obviously scratch marks and dent on left side, but he said the reason is drove on kerb, an interesting lie. Didn’t tell me the truth.

2. He doesn’t know any features about the car. Radar alarm doesn’t work, no spare tyer, reading light doesn’t work. Didn’t introduce those info until I identified during the test, and the response is he needs to talk with mechanic and stand the side of me.

3. Spent 10+ minutes to print the history check, gave me the document in paper with wrong car’s information at the end of page, didn’t earn trust.

4. The car doesn’t fully prepared while told me it’s ready to sale. Dirty engine cabin with leaves, rubbish in boot, still needs many body shop repairs work. He committed some repair work on the car after they bought it, then I asked he provide the fix details from the garage, he returned back to office. We waited him in the car outside of showroom for another 10 mins but he didn’t come back.

5. We decided to enter the showroom to talk with him while we were waiting the repair list. Found he was talking to other customers and left us along. After a kind reminder to him, he said yes blabla and continue introducing the service products to the other customer and leaves us alone. We tried to ask him find another salesman to assist us, he said yes then walked to the other customer again and ignored us totally. It was 5pm not a busy time,  he should have organized well.
I asked for a basic document of car but he was not willing to provide and leave us along beside the car.
I had high interest to make order on this car, but the unpleasant experience with this salesman without respect pushed me away.

To this salesman:
If you don’t want sell this car, you can tell your customer directly, save time for both.
Don’t treat your customer as stupid — paying money without any question asking.
You represent your company whether in attitude and respect, I didn’t have a good experience on those.
