Kia Liffey Valley opened its doors in December 2012 and is located in the Liffey Valley Motor Mall. We sell the full Kia range of new cars as well as a selections of used cars. We have a full service facility on site for both regular servicing of all makes of cars and body repairs. Finance can be arranged by our business manager with Kia Credit for new and used cars on a personal loan, a low rate PCP or on a business contract hire.

Had to call in this morning with a faulty 12v battery, everything sorted in less than one hour under warranty. It’s a pleasure to deal with Jennifer and all the staff in the service department, I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to everyone

I had my 212 Kia Niro EV serviced today, 17/08/2023. The service I received was nothing less than fantastic. The staff were brilliant right from taking my call when I booked the service appointment two weeks ago, and when I arrived for service today, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. They said my vehicle would be ready by 1:00 p.m., and the car was washed and prepared for collection bang on time. Jennifer and Adam in Service explained the service that was done and how they had addressed all my concerns that were raised when I booked in for service. They were very patient and very professional throughout. I would easily recommend them for servicing.

Be careful before taking used cars.
I was not expecting a reputed showroom like kia. Brought up with the damage which I have noticed at home, but they don't accept. Reluctant to get it fixed.
Please check inch by inch as a normal local garage.
Otherwise, they are fine and very professional to deal till you have a complaint.
Now I am forwarding with legal advice.

After standing by the car inside the car showroom for 15 minutes, I left, everyone was avoiding me and there was no interest in me. No one to ask, everyone is so busy... It's a pity. I bought a car at another showroom of a different brand. It was another Kia dealer who doesn't care about the customer.

Worst experience ever. Was charged 269 euro to get the oil and oil filter changed & that was called a service ! Not one other thing was done and I was told I was paying for expertise.

The sales department proceeded to offer me 13,000 for a 171 Sportage - The car is worth between 17k and 18k.

When I called to complain the staff I spoke with were extremely rude.

Terrible experience & it has totally turned me off the Kia brand to be honest.

Put car in asking for brake pads and discs plus a tyre check. Expected to need all done. They looked it over and gave it a drive test but advised holding off to save money as they each had good life left in them. Great honest team there. Recommend.

Great service. Had an issue with the suspension on my 2017 landrover , Paul was able to diagnose and fix within a few hours. Very reasonable price.

Dropped my van in and asked them to investigate a differential leak. Didn't hear back for a few days so called for an update. Was told the diff was fine but the oil pan was leaking and they were in the middle of replacing it. I did not approve this work. I was told it would be €300-€500. I was landed with a €750 bill when I picked up the van. A new oil pan for that van can be bought for €50 online. Anyway, a week later I found 2 puddles of oil under the van, one from the diff (they said was grand) and another from the new oil pan they fitted, which was leaking through the drain plug. They took the van back and fixed the oil pan leak (hadn't fitted a washer the first time), but now I'm out €750 and still have a leaking diff. The guys at the front desk seemed alright, but the guys in the garage don't know what they are doing. I won't be going back!

booked in for a service,got a call that evening to say brake lines are completely corroded and to leave car with them overnight, when i went to collect the car the next day they said they couldnt get parts to fix brakes as it was a bank holiday but the car would not pass the nct and bring it back on Tues and they would sort it immediately but in the meantime dont brake suddenly as brake lines would probably leak. Rang Tues and was told id get a call back, rang again Wednes and was told that they hadnt ordered parts and car would be fine until next service. so im now left with a car that needs to be booked in elsewhere. Very disappointed

I really wanted to avoid writing this publicly, but I would like to warn against using the services of this company. We bought the car in May 2023, they assured us of the car's warranty, which is not available, then they were supposed to send us the side door strip, but they did not. After some time, it turned out that the car did not want to start or took a long time to start. We wanted to solve it gently and sell them the car for a lower price, but the company avoids contact. The car is new from 2020 and such problems should not occur.

We purchased a car off Cunningham Auto last year. That process was as expected, professional and seamless. Communication was transparent throughout and they delivered the car back, when they said they would. I would have no hesitation in recommending Niall, Pat and all the team at Autopoint to anyone looking to purchase a car. Thing's go wrong with cars, it's the after sales service that matters in this business and these guys are on top of their game.

Baught a 172 3 series bmw of top spec motors found mick to be very honest and totally up front , not a pushy sales man by no means , but very helpful and knew what he was talking about , I came down from Wicklow, test drive the car , made a deal with him two days later and he delivered the car all the way up to Wicklow and took my car back with him no extra cost , the car I baught I couldn’t be happier with it an absolute immaculate car in evry way , when I decide to change again I would not hesitate to go back to top spec motors and would highly recomend them , thanks mick and top spec motors

I deeply regret my decision to purchase a car from this dealer. After committing to the purchase and transferring the agreed-upon funds, I expected a smooth transaction. However, two months have passed, and I am still without the car or the necessary documentation or a refund.

My attempts to resolve the issue have been met with repeated delays and a string of broken promises. On multiple occasions, the dealer assured me of a refund, but has failed to follow through. Communication has been a consistent challenge; there have been periods of unresponsiveness and a general lack of accountability on their part. Having to take legal actions now to get my money back.

To others considering this dealer, I urge you to proceed with utmost caution. Perhaps even seek out more reputable dealers before making a commitment. My experience here has been frustrating and disappointing, to say the least.

Rang him to during the week to purchase a set of wheels that id be there Saturday to buy them. Rang him before I left today(Saturday) and he assured me that he would be there till 4 and they were genuine. Drove an hour and a half and garage closed and he wasn't answering his phone when I arrived. Rang a different number and another man arrived after 10 minutes and he told me the wheels were sold. The man is a liar he told me he only had the wheels because someone bought a car without wheels and he had loads of sets of wheels for sale. Would advise to stay clear as he is a complete liar and time waster. All cars are English imports

I was given an absurdly low trade in price. One that was betterd by every other dealer I went to, by a wide margin.
Some of the sales tactics were laughable.
Lots of tapping on a calculator, later showing the trade in price in a big reveal by displaying it written on the palm of his hand.
