Got my third bike from Two wheels Honda today , I dealt with Donal and he looked after me so well , I looked at the bike I bought a couple of times before I purchased it and each time he let me have a good look at the bike, till I made my mind up to purchase it, he also sourced few extra’s for the bike as well and would  also get back to me promptly when ever I called or text him about the bike. I would highly recommend these guys and I can’t fault any of sales guys that sold me my previous bikes . I am now happy owner of Cl 500 , Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the market for a new bike.

I went to M50Honda dealership four weeks ago to made an query regarding brand new bike, four weeks later I’m a owner of a bike. The whole process was smooth and all the timelines were met. Donal from sales department is a great chap to deal with! I’m more than happy of the service I have received considering the current situation we are in with all the Covid and Ukraine problems all tougher impacting supply, the folks from M50 Honda still deliver. Thank you all and I’ll see you soon for the first service!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I cancelled my order today for a brand new motorcycle for close to 10k after two weeks of dealing with Donal - ignoring emails and calls, false promises, missed deadlines, and more. I can understand that delays happen, but their lack of communication and any basic respect for customers is laughable and unprofessional. A complete waste of time - avoid at all costs.

Horrible service, thought it was all good up to the purchase, had a good experience with Donal during the process but then when I received my bike the USB port I paid extra for was faulty, I had no issue and just contacted Donal to let him know and to get it sorted on the first 1000km service. Bought the bike in October brought it in for service in November, the lady told me she will claim the warranty for it as it was broken, I said no worries, called in December to get told it's still in process with no update, left it till January and same message again. Called by the end of Jan and got told it got approved and will be available in 14 days. So I came back from my trip abroad mid-end February and rang them talked with someone and got told to wait a week they were sorting things out, long story short I called in last week saying I might be able to go Friday and I'll confirm during the week, couldn't make it Friday and didn't feel like having to call as I didn't confirm for then. Called yesterday talked with Conor who claims to be manager he told me that there's no warranty claims and to go in on Friday 12th April to give it a look and see what they can do, in other words it's been a waste of 6 months I now have to go to Dublin 2 hour drive for them to give it a look, horrible attitude from Conor who started shouting at me and hang up on me, I expect to get this sorted ASAP as its been long enough and anyone would agree.

If you can avoid them, as you'll only get disappointment.
