Bought my first car off these yesterday (2/04/24) and they where very friendly. Andrew Ryan was very helpful and also very friendly. Well recommended Evra motors to anyone and would go back in the future.

I bought a car recently from Andrew at Evra Motors and I was very happy with the whole process and the car I bought. I traded in an older car and got a good price for it. Andrew kept me up to date on when the car would be ready and the whole transfer went smoothly. The added AA membership was a great addition. I would happily buy another car from Evra Motors.

It was my first time buying a car and it was an easy no hassle transaction. The first time I've seen the car I instantly fell in love with it. The car looks like brand new and it's in great condition so far. It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew. He was very helpful and quick to respond to emails. Amazing service. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Mark from Evra Motors was really helpful and professional throughout our car purchase.  We got a good trade in price and my new car was ready to collect within the week.   There was a nice  touch with  chocolates on agreement of the sale.

Bought a used Honda civic which is a great car.
Primarily dealt with Andrew who was amazing to deal with. As a first time buyer and spending a considerable (to me) chunk of money on it, Andrew was patient and considerate. Sent me all the car history too.
Got the deposit in and agreement off Mark, who can be a bit business in, business out but I'll give props to addressing my issues and getting the complaints dealt with.
Main highlight was when the battery failed 2 months in and I had to come in on a moments notice, it was hard to arrange an AA and someone to bring it in the garage, he personally understood it was last minute and sorted a new battery in less than 15 minutes which I was super appreciative off.
Also, when there was a gear issue, the service team assured me they couldn't find a fault and test drove it a week assuring me that if it did persist, they'll look into it at a later time too.
Nothing is perfect but it's the service and the care that adds to the experience.

P s. I've had the service maintenance light up 3 times within less than 10 months of buying the car and only done 2000km or so. The stamp says due at 1 year or 10000km, so either service wasn't done or it wasn't reset properly. I've reset it couple of times but it still came up again. So I'm going to go to a Honda service centre earlier and bring it in for my piece of mind
All in all, 4.5 stars ☺️
