Bought a lovely low mileage Auris off Kylemore this week and Lee O'Donnell couldn't have been more helpful. Test drove a few different models and he went out of his way to help us chose the right one for our needs. Lovely selection of cars to choose from and the best second hand car dealership in that area and we looked at a fair few. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind when purchasing. Jonathan

Please read this carefully and be aware. My wife and I purchased a Mercedes A Class 191D car from Kylemore. On the day they couldn't have been nicer.  10 days in the car broke down in the middle of heavy traffic and had to be towed away, never to be seen again. Kylemore had little or no interest in helping . Not only was there a serious mechanical fault. Kylemore had not registered the car for NCT as promised and a  result the car was been driven illegally on Irish road. Vast Majority of their cars are Japanese imports and have not been serviced as we discovered let. Mail after Mail ensued begging for help and finally Kylemore agreed to a replacing.. we picked up 191D BMW 330E 2 weeks after the 1st car broke down. Said vehicle is a plug in hybrid and when we got it home discovered the EV cable had a Japanese plug meaning it could not be plugged into an Irish socket . Again Mail after Mail and 10 days later. They tell us we can pick up an EV charger with a Irish 3 pin plug. We then discover the cable has a different configuration to Japanese cars. Please please Please be aware of what you are buying from Kylemore. Their after sales is so poor.  Ultimately we have now had to engage a solicitor.  We have a second car that cannot be charged. Behind a nightmare. Going on for 2 months and still going..

I had to take down my previous review as I had to get rid of the car Kylemore sold me for a massive loss , bought a BMW 1 series  from them 2 years ago , 6 months in to owning the car an oil low message popped up on the dashboard , I promptly topped up oil but the car will burn away the oil with in days of topping up , got it diagnosed with Joe Duffy BMW they said the car is faulty due to worn out piston rings and they recommended to rebuild the engine or get the engine replaced which was going to cost me a fortune  , This car was sold to me for 17000 euros with 58000 kms on the clock , cars with such low mileage should not have an engine issue . However , I ran in to one , I went back to Kylemore they said the car is out of their 3 month warranty and they won’t take any responsibility of fixing it and there after sales is just shocking , as they have zero customer oriented approach and zero etiquettes when dealing with customers , most of their staff are arrogant and rude the only thing they are worried about is making tik tok videos and Instagram reels . hence , I took this repair on myself and got the cars engine rebuilt which costed me 4000 euros . However, slowly I lost love towards the car and wanted to get rid of it , every garage that I tried to sell gave me half the price of what I paid for the car as Kylemore doesn’t have a big reputation amongst other dealers , anyway, I got rid of the car last but not least  I will never recommend this garage to anyone and I won’t touch this garage even with a barge pole ever again
