Got my first Indian from Keith. He allowed me for a test spin without really knowing me. Advised another machine that might suit better about to come rather than push sale of the one he had in stock already. Very good communication, helped with sorting out financing. I have been dealing with the lads in Franklin since the company opened. I have found them to be polite, professional and straight up honest. I purchased a couple of bikes, had some service work done and purchased accessories from them over the years. They even sold a couple of vehicles for me.
