Great experience buying my first gs motorcycle. Looked after very well by Jeremiah and finance was a doddle with Caroline.
I came down from Dublin on the train and rode the bike back, a day out in itself. I did have an issue with the battery and Jeremiah had me booked into BMW dublin the following day and I was sorted.
My plan for my 60th (5 years away) it to buy the new gsa 1300 and would absolutely deal with them again.

A customer for 7 years since arriving from Australia, Jer has looked after me (and my bike!) with care and attention without fail. The culture at Motorrad is one of community, friendliness and customer care, a reflection in no small measure to Jer and his team, Having just picked up my new GS a couple of days ago (a big step for me after years on my RR!), the buying experience has been fantastic with both Jer and Dee looking after all my needs with care and flexibility. Perfect customer service but  very bad motorad service.
Way below expected level.
Changed water pump- coolant not topped up ,loads bolts missing on plastics after recall. Everything loose.BAD.

I recently purchased a new car from Kearys. The car was delivered with the wrong alloy wheels and included extra configuration (which was not free) that we neither ordered nor were notified about. After paying extra for the correct alloys and eventually getting them replaced, we started finding wheel balancing weights in our driveway. The tire pressure sensors no longer recognize the tires, and to top it off, the dealership didn’t even check the fluid levels before handing over the car - we had to address that at a different dealership. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend.

I warn you against sending your motorcycle for service unless you want them to damage it. Zero respect and understanding, thieves, damaged the motorcycle and do not admit guilt. They discriminate against the customer. You really only pay to be pissed off.
