I recently purchased my first new BMW..
an R 1300 RS from Kearys after taking a test ride. I would like to thank Kearys for their professionalism, time and patience, and in particular Conor Blackton in sales. Conor was always on the end of the phone when needed and never failed to return a call with any questions or after sales queries I had. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kearys. I will be back when it’s time for service or a new purchase.
Their well stocked showroom is well worth the trip from Dublin.

I could not imagine a better outcome for my very tricky situation: a foreigner on holiday with an urgent intervention needed on a F800GS after a light accident, and a same day deadline to meet some 250 km away. Right from my first « can you help » phone call, the whole team at BMW Motorrad Cork were particularly attentive, put a lot of goodwill and went out of their way to make sure my bike was rapidly fixed, safe to ride, and even went as far as to print out a couple of documents to help my French Motorrad team with the definitive repair. Thank you so so much for all that, without your professionalism and availability my Irish Grand Tour would have probably come to an end, or at least it would have been severly compromised. Merci infiniment à toute l’équipe.

I cannot find words big enough to express my gratitude to the staff at Kearys Motorad from the managers to the service staff and the guys with the spanners I was treated with a kindness and professionalism which will always stay with me and will definitely have me coming back to BMW when the time for a new bike arises. I would like to thank in particular, Emily Sweeney and Big Chris( sorry didn’t catch your Surname) from the service department, who were just epic in getting me rolling again.

I was over on a 6 day tour of Ireland from England and on day two I had an incident that left my bike unrideable. I was taken by BMW roadside assist to Kearys. To say these guys moved heaven and earth and pulled out all the stops to get my bike up and running again is not doing them justice. They saved my tour  which I will never be able to repay them.

It’s said that it’s the troubles on a tour you remember and chat about, I disagree with this on this occasion, this time it is definitely the staff at Kearys and their commitment to getting me back on the road and allowing me to ride some of the most spectacular coastal roads of Southern Ireland that will be my lasting memory of this trip.

Again a big thank you to all the staff but in particular Emily and Chris you were brilliant.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish.

We ordered four BMW parts and waited over two weeks before contacting the dealership to ask where they were. We were told the parts had already been dispatched, only to find out they had actually been sent to a completely different address due to an error on their side.

The staff apologised, took our correct address again, and assured us the parts would be sent the following Tuesday. By Friday, having still received nothing, we called again and were told the parts were actually still sitting in the parts department and had never been sent.

Because we urgently needed them for a customer’s motorcycle, we drove all the way from Tipperary to Cork to collect them ourselves. When we arrived, the parts were sitting on the counter ready to go—but they had once again been labelled with the wrong address, despite the correct address having been confirmed and updated after the first mistake. Had we not collected them, they would likely have been sent to the wrong address for a second time.

This level of miscommunication and lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable. It cost us valuable time, money, unnecessary travel, and potentially a customer. Mistakes can happen, but repeating the exact same mistake after it had already been highlighted is very disappointing.

Unfortunately, after this experience, we won’t be using this dealership again.

Quick shifter and spot lights stopped working on my bike. Waited a month to get an appointment, then left bike for 8 working days (couldn’t wait undefined time), payed 260€ and got a report, that it’s not fixed and needs further investigation with no further details…
Fully disappointed.
