Absolutely over the moon as usual with my purchase today in bike world ...been using bike world since 2019 when I first got my liscence and Ray sorted me out with gear and kitted me out with the appropriate helmet and textiles ..so thanks ray for the positive first steps into the 2 wheeled world....fast forward to 2022 and again thanks to Niall Stephens with the easy transaction of my new bike .. payment and information aswell as it's the first new bike I've owned ....can't forget jane upstairs either who I went to for new gear (helmet and textiles) and went above and beyond to help out making sure everything fitted correctly as I wear glasses while riding so again big thanks to all ....greatly appreciated and will continue to support local

I emailed bikeworld about getting textile trousers from them. I live on the West of the country and my days off are the same as theirs so its very difficult to get up to view their products. Larisa called me back very quickly to talk through my requirements and gave me some excellent suggestions and help to ensure i got the correct trousers. She was a pleasure to deal with and the trousers arrived the day after purchase. Very happy with the service and will definitely use them again.
