Picked up Ninja SX last Wednesday. All went smooth and without any problems. Prior to purchase the communication was a bit slower then expected but nothing to cry about.
Niall was very professional and offered a lot of advice in regards to maintenance, servicing and bike gear.
The rest of staff were keen to assist customer.

I had a bad experience purchasing a used low mileage motorbike from this store

I was told all four indicators would be replaced, only the two front ones were

I was told a battery tender adapter to suit an Oxford optimiser charger would be installed but it was not

I was told both handlebar clamps would be replaced as they were damaged, however only one was replaced

I was told that there would be ‘plenty’ of petrol in the bike when collected, when I left the shop the reserve fuel came on straight away, which means there was less than 2.6 litres of fuel in the bike

To their credit; they did change the front indicators (although all 4 were meant to be changed), install new handlebars and a new battery

One of the members of staff working downstairs was very rude and unprofessional, however I found other members of staff to be helpful and friendly, it’s just a pity they didn’t change or install all the parts that they said they would

The feeling I got from this experience was that they couldn’t have cared less about the used bike and were only glad to see the back of it

I would not purchase a bike from here again and cannot recommend them

Really bad experience with in the clothing department. Visited few times for gear shopping for my daughter after been spending 5000 grand for the bike....
Lady upstairs really unpleasant and not helpful at all considering we were not pros in that field..... After we bought the bike we went back to get the few bits including trousers. When asked the person in question all we were told to go and look through the pile of trousers as thats all we have for female she said. No assistance offered from female sales person to female customer ( my daughter).
On the day of bike purchase we asked for pin lock for the helmet we got while before we got the bike. We were told they don't have it. Few weeks later we ordered one, it was ordered and I went back to get it. Unlucky me, got the same lady at the till. I asked for the pin lock, I was given one but when i asked can she fit it for me all I was told that they dont really do that. She said,it would be different story if I got the helmet from them. She forgot we bought it in there. When told that helmet was bought from them she said that helmet visor is dirty, told that she don't have clean cloth to do clean the visor. When I made a comment about not so great treatment for considerably good customer taken we have spent at this stage over 6000 euro and we have not been looked after at all, here reply was, well when I spent 10000 for my stuff no one looked after me. So yes this was my last visit in there at least for gear shopping. Will be going back to Overlanders in Gory where I was looked after as I expected.
Hat's off to the lad downstairs who sold us the bike and was helpful and done exactly what he said he will do. Bike was delivered on time and thanks for that.

Beware of this place, I bought a bike from them and within 4 months was back with problems cost 480 euro. Then after that I was back within 3 months with more problems. They said it was clutch rollers and drive chain,so I left it with them but they wouldn't answer for 5 weeks kept putting me off and after 5 weeks then said the engine was seized and its my fault even doe they had tested it 5 weeks earlier and said it was the clutch. Be careful everyone who buys a bike from them. Their an absolute SCAM of a place
