Very little use. Was only used to charge caravan battery over winter months indoor. It will diagnose, renew, operate and charge vehicle batteries so they last longer, work better and are more reliable. Simply plug into the mains supply, connect to the battery and the SmartCharger will do the rest. It has STOP/START technology settings and is suitable for lead, gel, calcium, AGM and EFB batteries. This 12 amp charger is ideal for vehicles up to 5.0L. LED screen shows results and charging progress. The 7-stage charging cycle automatically applies the fastest charge rate based on the battery size. It also includes four diagnostic tests: • Battery voltage status • Start power test that measures voltage drop and recovery during engine startup • Charging power of the vehicle's generator • Battery crank amplifier to check the starting ability of the engine. The SmartCharger restores your battery to shape, and ready to handle the additional requirements of modern in-car gadgets and charging. The winter charging function prepares your battery for the winter months - no more flat batteries due to cold weather. The memory saving function maintains the vehicle's electrical and audio settings when the battery is disconnected. Comes with fully insulated battery terminals as well as carry bag.
