Sunbeam S8 1955 black

Selling my 1955 S8 I've owned for 8 years. The engine runs good, brakes are typical for the era, not great! Still has original UWB 598 registration. On Sorn. Registered in N. Ireland. Bronze drive wheel replaced with one from a club member in Canada. The old one was pitted but not that bad so could be used as a spare. Engine coupling to the driveshaft replaced. New armature fitted in dynamo. Battery now charges correctly. Steering head bearings replaced. All parts from Stewart engineering. Updated ignition coil and transistor ignition for improved starting and running. Knee pads for the tank and some spares are included. Extended brake actuator arm on front wheel included, gives additional leverage.bought but never got around to fitting it. Comes with some history going back many years. 50W engine and gearbox oil and 120W (yellow metal safe) oil in drive. Millers oils. The sump was removed and the filter cleaned a few years ago.
