BMW 3-Series 1994

Very original car in Boston Green with Beige leather interior. 89k genuine miles. 5 speed, 3 shift mode ZF 5HP Auto g/box. Running perfectly. Never been welded or painted, dry stored before me for decades, & kept in dehumidified Air Chamber by me. Original roof, no leaks, working well, now with remote key fob operation (mod). Mechanically, it's all faultless, with engine Vanos just done & fully overhauled/upgraded suspension & brakes, now on MSport+ Bilsteins & MSport anti-roll bars. For some reason best known to BMW, the Autos had a 0.74 5th speed but with the same 3.15 diff as the manual with a 1:1 top gear. However...the Japanese cars got a 3.73 diff, & a few New Old Stock items appeared at a UK parts dealers, not long after I got the car, one of which I snapped up. So, with the faster auto gear changes as well, it accelerates a bit faster than a manual now & with ~the same overall gearing. The 5th+ clutch lock-up comes in at a handier ~50mph, for relaxed cruising & economy. This car was a beautiful example of an E36 325i in 2019 when imported from England. Since then its been gone through with a fine tooth comb, clever discreet mods done and not one part of the car overlooked. There is a full service history since 1994, and large list of reciepts and work carried out since 2019. The car has been kept throughout in an air-conditioned, dehumidified Air Chamber. So annual oil changes not considered necessary. But max 3,000 miles between any two changes. Condition of cams/lobes pristine when Vanos overhauled, ~1k miles ago, & car consumes zero oil between changes. Cam chain tensioner assembly also replaced during Vanos overhaul. Car needs nothing, ready to be enjoyed. Fresh 2 year test
