1989 Volkswagen T3 Caravelle Carat 2.1 Edition Hannover The van has engine with displacement 2.1 L (2109 cc) (112 bhp)(torque 128) The van was originally one of the Wolfsburg Factory Carat’s so it came with all the top spec and featured in a magazine: Electric Windows Electric Mirrors Power Steering Air Conditioning Heated seats Full Velour Interior with leather Carat Steering Wheel Captain Swivel chairs with Head Inserts Folding Table Alloy wheels Factory tow equipment Cruise control Full Respray and Engine rebuild completed in 2021 The engine is a 2.1 DJ unit which has covered approximately 4k KMS since the rebuild, there is a 5 speed dogleg gearbox which came standard. There is a custom stainless exhaust tip which burbles nice and deeply. The brakes overhauled. The Carat pulls perfectly, cruise’s nicely and sounds great whilst doing it.
