Have bought our last three cars from Ciaran at Rhino Auto Sales and never had any issues. Cars were exactly as described and absolutely spotless when we collected them. Ciaran was super helpful in the finance application process and all of our questions were answered honestly and quickly. My second purchase from this car dealership & never had an issue. Passat was put through fresh nct before i bought it as aggreed and has been runnin perfect since. The van i bought needed a slight touch up on bumper & rhino autos got it done for me before collection great job. Would definetly recommend givin this place a go. Good prices & good atmosphere

Great experience , was shown around buy a lovely big guy, was really helpful. Answering my questions about warranty and how I can get finance etc, was a better experience than the big showrooms. Ended up doing everything he could for me to get the deal done. I've had some small issues since which have been dealt with,more than happy to deal again.

BE VERY CAREFUL!
I bought a 2011 diesel Toyota Arvensis (200,000 miles on the clock) in September 2024 for 3,500. A new NCT was put on it at my request. I drove for one hour and the water pump went. Got it fixed. A few hours later the AGR valve went. Got it fixed. However, the entire fuel system was messed up and the car continued to bellow out smoke. Ciaran would not come to any kind of agreement and ignored all my calls and messages. I was being polite and fair so it was nothing to do with my attitude. He did say 'sold as seen' but at the same time when I first enquired he told me that if I wanted a car that was ready to go and nothing needed doing, this was the one. Because I was buying from a garage, I never expected to be sold a car in this condition. My mechanic said that none of these issues were new. I scraped it yesterday. The subframe was also severely corroded. I am being as honest and fair as I possibly can in this review so that you can make your own mind up.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a so-called “business.”

I made a simple enquiry about a car they’re advertising. Instead of answering questions or behaving like professionals, I received an abusive text accusing me of being a “complete time waster,” followed by a bizarre €1,000 bet to “prove them wrong” — finished off with laughing emojis like a teenager on Snapchat.

This is how they treat potential customers.

If this is their idea of sales etiquette, I can only imagine the level of professionalism if you actually handed over your money. Buying a car is a serious purchase — dealing with people who respond with insults and childish taunts is not something anyone should have to tolerate.

Save yourself the hassle and deal with a company that understands basic respect and customer service.

Embarrassing.
