I can’t recommend the AK automotive enough, I bought a car in the end o February from Andy and I have to say I love it, my car is in very good condition. I had a minor issue with the engine light, that came on, but the lads (Andy and Steve ) were very professional and very helpful I left the car with them and the problem was solved, no dilly dally. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend AK Automotive.

My experience purchasing a Renault Clio 2016 was brilliant. The car was in fantastic condition the lads were so friendly and gave me all the information on the car I needed. They gave me a great deal on my trade in a lot better than I expected, they couldn’t of been any fairer took me on a test drive no problem also went and put fuel in it for me highly recommend this dealership

When I first bought my Mini in October 2024, the team was great. An engine light came on while I was driving it home, and they immediately sent it to a garage for a checkup and even gave me a loaner car while it was being sorted. I was really excited about the car and thought I was making a great purchase. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since then.

The car has been nothing but trouble. When I got it, it had bald tires, leaking shocks, worn brake discs and calipers, broken wishbones, and misaligned balancing and tracking. It was listed as having 135,000 km, but it was actually in miles, meaning it had 221,000 km, to be honest I was so excited about the car I just saw the 135,000 and didn’t look at it and No one else double-checked the mileage, so that was a huge surprise. The manifold flaps were also removed, causing the car to stall easily when cold and take over an hour to properly warm up. It also makes constant creaking noises while driving, and it feels like I’m constantly dealing with issues.

To be fair, the team did pay for the shocks to be replaced, but I didn’t expect to have to replace everything else. Since October, I’ve already spent 2500 euros on repairs for a 2015 model. I haven’t even driven the car much because I’m terrified of something breaking when I’m far away from home. The only positive thing I can say is that the engine itself is still running fine, but it’s clear that the car wasn’t properly inspected before it was listed online.
I’m so disappointed. If only the car had been thoroughly checked before selling, none of this would be an issue. I was told it had been inspected, but clearly, it was not. The warranty was too short, Now, I’m left searching for another car, which is frustrating because I truly loved the Mini at first.

Probably the worst example of a dealership not keeping their word in history.  Did a deal . Agreed a price.  Sent deposit.  Agreed time and day to pick up . Get sent WhatsApp the day before I was going to pick it up saying it's not mechanically sound. Absolute rubbish.  Someone offered them more so they decided to bump me off. I wouldn't do it. Have sold my car and booked and paid for things and now I've no transport for work . Stranded.  Don't believe a word he tried to spin me. Hope he gets no luck out of it . No morals
