Where to start , I had approval for a brand new car and just didn’t feel that the sales people heard me when I went through what my needs where and then AutoXpress  came as a  recommendation from 2 separate friends that had bought from them so I thought why not ! Visited Auto Xpress today after seeing a car I was potentially interested in on their website. I was greeted by Laura, who was very attentive and looked after me well. I was then approached by a male salesman, who was extremely rude and dismissive. I was very happy with the car I viewed and was ready to go ahead and start the purchase process, up until my encounter with this man. Will never return or spend my money here.
