After the test drive I was ready to take the car home but it had to go through its final quality checks so I collected it the following week.  I thought the car was fine and already clean when I first viewed it but when I went back for final collection it was in immaculate condition and has been driving superbly since. It is a credit to the team in the time and detail they put into the cars to make sure they are right for the customer . All documentation I requested was ready and available and didn't have to go looking for anything which gave me a great sense of assurance.

Bought a BMW off these guys. The car was described as showroom condition and well minded. Bit of messing about trying to collect it but we got there eventually. Overall the lads were easy to deal with when buying.... However, I drove the car home and parked it up for the weekend as I was away. Came back and on my first drive one of the parking sensors was acting up (first time reversing the car since purchase) then I got the car washed and there was alot of deep scratches and broken paint that was cheaply covered up. No service reset in the iDrive and of course I get a generic "I'm sorry this happened to you" message in return from the salesman with no proper follow up to a car that was barely checked over before sale with loose kidney grills, nuts and bolts left in the door card too. My own car was exactly as described.... The one I bought not so much. Very disappointed to say least.

Enquired about a Renault Kadjar after Bank Holiday Monday - was meant to take for test driver Tuesday but never got a call back to confirm. Called again Wednesday and arrange for test drive Thursday but then noticed that evening the car was marked as reserved online that evening. Got a whatsapp then to advise it was sold the previous week but they forgot to update their system. Find it hard to fathom that was actually true , who advertises sold cars ? Terrible customer service.
