I bought my first car here recently and I couldn’t recommend Bluegate enough! Special shout out to Natalia who was so lovely and helpful throughout the whole process. My car had only arrived into the garage when I took it for a test drive, so then Natalia made sure it was sent for a full service and bodywork touchup…she also made sure I got a full new set of tyres at no extra cost! When the car was collected it was like a brand new car! Natalia also kept me in the loop while the car was in for its service and everything and gave me updates and let me know as soon as it could be collected. 10/10 service, great price and a great little car! I bought my fabulous new BMW X3 with James in Bluegate Motors. He was extremely helpful and always got in contact straight away if I had any questions. The car was immaculate upon collection and he made sure that I was happy with the exterior and interior before leaving. The cars are not serviced!!!!
Bought a car around 4 months ago for 27k euro Mercedes-Benz E220 coupe 161.
And they told me the car is fully serviced!!!!
One day may fan start make some noises and didn't want blow the air proper, so i decide to check the cabin filter and what i found is crazy!!! Full off dirty and old even the colour was kind of little bit brown. I don't know for how long that filter wasn't changed. Then i start inspecting the car more and found more surprises.

Tyres are budget !!! And old !!! 4 years old tyre on my car and cracked. I'm lucky didn't happen anything bad on the road. Manufactured recommendations 3 years for the tyres.
And the front tyres are bigger than the back one's. How is that possible 🤔 what kind of mechanics working in that place????

Garage  for the service.
I'm a little bit afraid to drive now ,because i don't know or the car was serviced at all.

The second thing i have all the conversations on my phone how they treating the customer and ignored texts and calls.
