I want to say thank you to the Hyundai mechanic for the good job you did with my car. I was asking myself why I didn’t go to Hyundai before going to local mechanics who messed up my car at a hefty price. My car is running so smoothly now.
I just want to ask if that’s how the brakes should feel because it’s like they are too tight.
Other than that, I’m really satisfied with your job. I will be servicing my car with Hyundai henceforth because they understand their products better. 100%

I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

An experience i never want again
A shambles and obviously untrained Service Staff with no idea of the job in hand.
If i had accepted what I was told at the beginning i would have handed over €330 for three hours work for something that takes maybe a third of that time.

I only needed a forced regeneration as the car wouldn't do it itself
