Recently bought a car with Byrne and Maguire and could not get over the customer service, it was amazing! Would recommend Brendan to anyone looking to get a new car, he was so helpful and nothing was to much, our car at home was not drivable so Brendan brought everything I needed down to me at my home address which was extremely helpful!! 2 stars because they’re very nice when you purchase your car but absolute worthless when you need it fixed. I called in twice with 2 cars that I bought there. First time a couple of years back, they told me it’s the water tank that needs fixing, they kept the car for 2 days without telling me anything. I had to chase them for an update. After 2 days, I picked it up un fixed and went to my garage in Blayney. This morning I called in first thing, and asked politely if I could get my car fixed, I was brushed off on the phone and told 3 weeks waiting time.
My car is now on its way to Truckroad garage in Blayney, who will have it ready for
pick up tonight. Absolute joke of service. To round it up, buying a car yes, getting help when broken down, don’t even bother wasting your time with them!

I Dennis Kerr is sharing this review to help others customers not to go through what I did, paid 22, 000 for a transit 192  last October, covered just under 20,000 kms driving well until my camshaft broke at 108,500kms asked ford if they could do anything, no luck there, asked my dealer I bought it off no guarantee, as if I could have a van out while I repair my van at my own expense no can’t help you, so will never buy a ford again.
If anyone wants a second hand  transit or custom, with a wet belt make sure you get them to change the belt. And a written guarantee.
