Selling quality used cars all over Ireland

Fantastic service from start to finish. Patrick is very knowledgeable, friendly, and made buying my car a really enjoyable experience. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend car care

I recently had a great experience with CarCare Company and wanted to share how impressed I was with their service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly.

Leon, in particular, was fantastic to deal with. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and took the time to make sure I understood everything about the car I was getting. It never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole process much more comfortable.

The rest of the team were just as welcoming and friendly. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s not always easy to find a garage you can trust, but CarCare Company definitely earned that trust with me.

I’m very happy with my car and the overall experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leon and his team to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.

Purchased a car from car care motors, was happy initially, untill I got home and looked under the bonnet, the car had been leaking oil from the rocker cover gasket and the engine had an accumulation of oil all over it the material under the bonnet was saturated with oil.Fran assured me that the car had been thru a service just that morning,I queried why the mechanic hadn't noticed the leak and I was fobbed off with Fran and Leon saying that Leon had been off on the day with family issues and that this was a once off human error type of thing,so I returned the car to them for repair, this was when Fran tried to give me an unsafe courtesy car that had no valid tax NCT and bauld tyres,I told Fran I didn't want to take the vehicle as it wasn't road worthy and I would be pulled out of it by the police because it had no valid tax Fran tried to say I would have a months grace and wouldn't be pulled out of the car, this wasn't acceptable they then brought out a Hyundai car that was up on there site for sale this car at least had a valid NCT and tax.
The next day I recieved a call from Leon to say that they had repaired the vehicle and it was ready for collection,I was happy that it was repaired after all I had signed the paperwork for the car,Leon was apologetic about what had happened, but I'm just putting this up so someone else in the future can make sure the same thing doesn't happen to them,I have the car a week now and all seems to be well, today I checked for a spare tyre and there is none I rang car care motor and they say that they are not obligated to supply a spare tyre this is just one issue after another.

Buying a car from this dealership has turned into a six-week-long nightmare. I paid for the vehicle 6 weeks ago, and it was delivered to me 4 weeks ago. Almost immediately, the car began showing serious mechanical issues.
While they eventually agreed to have the vehicle looked at by a mechanic, the entire process has been stalled by their endless delays and false promises. It has now been with the mechanic for an extended period, but the mechanic still hasn't received payment from the dealership to even begin the repair work.
To make matters worse, communication is virtually nonexistent. My requests regarding the vehicle's logbook have been completely ignored, and they routinely ghost calls and fail to follow up.
A car is a major purchase, and basic accountability, communication, and honoring agreements should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this business lacks all three. I strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere.

Avoid this place at all costs, bought a car from them a few years ago and was recently involved in a small car accident. When the body shop had a look at the car they noticed it was repaired before and not very well done at all. These are absolute cowboys that didn’t even bother to disclose this information to me when I bought the car from them. They seem lovely and friendly at first but if you have any issues afterwards which you will, they don’t want to know about it. Plenty of other decent dealerships around so take your money elsewhere!!
