I recently bought a second-hand car from this dealership and couldn't be happier with both the car and the service. VJ was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to ensure the car was thoroughly cleaned and presented, explained its history and warranty clearly, and answered all of my questions. After having issues with my previous car, I wanted to be sure this one had been well maintained, and VJ gave me the confidence to make the purchase.

What really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable he was. Before handing over the car, he walked me through its main features, which was especially helpful as it was my first Toyota hybrid.

Compared to other Toyota dealerships I visited, this one provided the best service by far. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I would happily recommend VJ and the team to my friends and family. Thank you, VJ!

We had an excellent experience purchasing our car from Toyota Blackrock, thanks to VJ. He was informative, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His knowledge made everything easy to understand, and he took the time to answer all of our questions, providing plenty of information and reassurance at every stage. He also kept us updated regularly, so we always knew what was happening with the car. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. We’d highly recommend VJ to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you, VJ!

I had a very good sales experience in Carroll & Kinsella Blackrock with VJ. From the moment I stepped into the showrooms having spotted the car I wanted outside, he was very attentive, informative and reassuring. I had been looking at cars for months online and in garages and knew what I wanted. I
came back the next day with a deposit and he facilitated a couple of test drives. I collected the car 10 days later. I found him to be an excellent car salesperson and a good instructor on the features of the car. I would recommend the service highly. Geralyn

Purchased a 2026 RAV4 Sport Launch Edition from C&K Blackrock (my 11th car purchase from this dealership) and as always it was smooth sailing. From the time I booked the car to final delivery yesterday, the experience was smooth and excellent, special thanks to VJ for keeping me updated throughout the journey and for taking the time to explain everything when I took delivery and for setting me up with all the new technology (which is quite a lot) and setting everything up on my profile. I am very thankful to him for this.
I can definitely recommend Carroll & Kinsella Blackrock and VJ in particular if you are looking for a new car.
From my many years of experience with C&K I can also strongly recommend their after sales staff, who I am sure will look after my car for many years to come.

I had a very positive experience buying my new Toyota car. Stephen was very helpful during this very exciting time for me. I bought my two previous cars from Stephen and so I felt very comfortable dealing with him for this car. He explained all the details about the car and helped me with the car tax and toll tag and with paying off the car loan I had for my previous car.
The coffee in the showroom is very nice indeed.
Altogether a very pleasant experience.
