Fantastic customer service! In all our years and through all our cars, probably the easiest and smoothest car purchase we have ever made. Gio was a total pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. We had purchased the car online, and then drove from Waterford to Tralee to collect it without seeing it in the flesh or driving it, but I need not have worried in the slightest. Absolutely delighted with it, it was even better in real life! Gio is an utter gentleman, a pleasure to deal with, and spoke to us both equally (which not all car sales people do!) and I would not hesitate to buy from them again, even though I am planning on keeping this car for a while ☺️

Worst experience i have ever had ,I bought a car from them  with expired NCT and they told me we will refund you after you do it yourself and I agreed to do so then after i have done the NCT with issues in the gear showed up on the NCT they refuse to refund me and said we will refund you only through the card and the person called Ross asked me to give him my card number and the security CVV number and I told him i want to get refund either by bank transfer or cash as it is not normal to ask for CVV for refund he said he can not do that and and his excuses were it does not worth it sending it buy bank and i don not have revolute and we do not do cash and said he will send a cheque and he never done so when i came today to them he claimed he sent it which he never did and ask me togo to GARDA to got my money , so for your peace of mind avoid them and go for well trusted professional dealers
