I have been dealing with Terry for past few months with sourcing a van for my company, and today I picked up my 251 demo model iveco daily and I cannot recommend Terry enough, he was a gent to deal with from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal and looked after me to the highest degree. I will most definitely be dealing with emerald and Terry again in the future.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Terry was a pleasure to work with and talked me through all my options. This is the first time we have bought a Iveco and Terry made us feel at ease straight away Would 100% recommend for anyone looking a new van.

I recently bought a 252 Daily from Emerald, and the service was absolutely excellent from start to finish! Terry was a pleasure to deal with — friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. He made the buying experience stress-free, keeping me updated and making sure I got exactly what I needed. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase or the service I received. We'd highly recommend Terry & Paul in the Service Dept at Emerald

I’ve only dealt with the guys from the parts department and the service is a solid 10/10. They’re always helpful and friendly, and I always leave satisfied. On last occasion, to avoid confusion I got photos of the part to make sure i didn't make the trip across Ireland for nothing. Definitely recommend them!
