SEAI ZEVI Electric Dealership of the Year 2022, 2024.
SIMI Bodyshop of the Year 2025.

My partner and I bought a new car here and the salesperson Shane was very professional throughout the entire experience, clearly communicating the various ins and outs of the process and answering our questions patiently and thoroughly. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend buying a car here

I went with my friend to buy a car. We travelled from Ennis and checked out a few places and were going to go to Kilkenny and Cork. We didnt have to. Shane was an absolute delight to deal with. Approachable and professional.

We got a great deal on a Dacia 2024. He even said he wouls throw in a Opel Rugby ball for me that was for show with recdnt rugby games when my friend returns to pick car up in a few day as they are doing a full service at the moment. (Its the little things) .

He also said, once he realised the distance we travelled and will have to travel again to pick it up, that he would fill the car full with petrol. We are only back a few hours but as a local guide I had to leave a comment as credit is given where credit is due... So far so good. I wont be able go return with friend on Friday and I know the questions to ask (its the Kerry woman in me) so I have compiled a short list of questions that I feel confident they will answer as they are genuine sellers and appreciate this is a big purchase for someone. Thank you Shane for your down to earth cooperation and also the rugby ball for me. My nephews will be delighted.

"I recently purchased a 252-reg Opel Frontera from Fitzpatrick’s Opel in Naas, and as a first-time Opel buyer, I couldn't be happier. The sales executive, Florian, truly went above and beyond his duty. Nothing was too much trouble; he was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease with the brand switch.
I can honestly say I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this garage again. If you are looking for a new vehicle and top-tier service, you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Florian, for all your help getting me into my new car!"

Thanks to Florian, by far the best experience I have had of buying a car i have had at any dealership.

Florian was knowledgeable, patient and kind and engaged in a unpressurising way.

I had test driven three cars that day at different dealerships, I can say that dealing with Florian was the best experience and I found the right car for me.

Florian worked hard to make arrangements for a quick and smooth transition from my rental car to collection of the new vehicle and assisted me with getting to the garage on the day which is greatly appreciated.

What could be a stressful experience in dealing with new car ownership all of the paperwork etc was made feel very calm, relaxed and professional process.

Florian took time To listen to me and work with me to find the right options that suited me as a customer.

Florian is a credit to Fitzpatricks Naas, they are lucky to have him

My vehicle was first brought to Fitzpatricks Garage Naas on 16th December 2025 due to a serious
power issue where none of the systems were functioning. For several weeks, I was incorrectly advised
that this was a simple 12V battery issue. Only after a prolonged delay was a more serious fault
acknowledged, and it then took additional weeks to diagnose the issue as a defective BCM (Body
Control Module).
Since that diagnosis, I have been given multiple repair timelines, none of which have been met. We
are now far beyond a reasonable timeframe for repair, and I remain without my own vehicle.
While I have been provided with a replacement car, my own vehicle is fully electric, whereas the
replacement is a hybrid. This has resulted in significant additional fuel costs, along with increased
insurance expenses, for which I should not be held responsible.
In addition, after one of the early visits when my vehicle was returned, my charging cable was
missing from the boot. It was initially suggested that it had not been present when I dropped the
car in; however, it was later discovered that it had been mistakenly placed in another customer’s
vehicle in Cork. Although I have now been told it is available for collection, no effort has been made
to return it directly to me, which is unacceptable given the circumstances.
I have escalated this matter to Hyundai Customer Care but have received no clear resolution, only
instructions to continue waiting for a part, despite the excessive delay already experienced. I have
also contacted your team by phone and was assured that I would receive a follow-up; however, I am
still waiting to be contacted.
To add to this, I have recently been presented with an offer for the vehicle from Fitzpatricks
Garage that I consider wholly inadequate and frankly insulting, as it does not take into account
the significant inconvenience, disruption, financial cost, and stress caused over the past number of
months.
Dont go near if you value your sanity and health
