Josh was very easy to communicate with and understanding of what I was looking for… he gave clear demonstration and recommendations on the Mini Cooper.

I was most impressed with the level of service I received at Frank Keane motors this week. My car was there for a recall repair from BMW plus a mini service. The staff we are all extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. I received a very informative video via email from John the Mecanic updating me on the work carried out on my car. Got my car serviced, not really sure if much was done. Saw the video and that was informative.  They didn't was the car which was disappointing.

Spent half of my day buying a 2018 mini from Frank Keane motors. ( which was advertised on their website)  Organized the finance payments and transferred €1000 deposit to their account. Had a buyer for my own car on the same day too which was fantastic . Was delighted with my new #Mini which I shared with friends n family .
However…
The following day after receiving an email from Frank Keane to contact them I was surprised to hear that they had already sold the car over the previous weekend but it was not logged on their system !
Their finance department wasn’t aware of the sale.
The person who updates their cars on the website wasn’t aware of the sale.
The salesman who sold me the car wasn’t aware of the sale.
Incompetence all round.
I’m disappointed and angry to say the least. Still waiting on the return of my deposit .
