I had a fantastic experience buying my car today. Conor was brilliant throughout the entire process—he explained everything clearly and made the whole journey from start to finish incredibly easy. We are delighted with the deal we got and couldn't be happier. I’d highly recommend Conor to anyone looking for a seamless experience. We will definitely be back! All the best, Conor, and keep up the great work.

I had a fantastic experience with Conor at Giraffe purchasing our new Toyota C-HR. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and stress-free, and we couldn’t have asked for better service.
Conor was absolutely brilliant throughout. He was incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating, and always took the time to answer any questions we had. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he kept us informed throughout the whole process.
It’s clear that Conor genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience, and that made the whole process of buying our new car a really enjoyable one. We’re delighted with the C-HR and would have no hesitation recommending Conor and the dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

Bought a 2021 Lexus ES300h from Giraffe Group and dealt with Conor throughout the process. Coming from Ireland and importing from Northern Ireland, everything was handled very professionally. All VRT paperwork was in place exactly as needed, the car was immaculate on collection and fully serviced as promised. Communication was excellent throughout and I was so confident in the process and the condition of the car that I actually bought it without even test driving it first! Conor gave a full video walkthrough of the car before I travelled and on arrival everything was exactly as described. Made the whole experience straightforward and stress free. Highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely feel Giraffe Cars deserve one.

This is now the second car we’ve bought from Giraffe Cars, and to be honest, we’re already almost ready for a third in the near future. That alone probably says a lot about the confidence we have in them as a business.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The cars were beautifully presented, exactly as described, and the whole process felt relaxed, honest, and professional without any pressure.

What really stood out though was the support after the sale.

Unfortunately, my BMW X2 later developed a difficult and persistent water leak issue which turned into a long and frustrating process involving BMW themselves. Most dealerships would probably have disappeared into the background once the sale was completed — but Conor at Giraffe Cars did the exact opposite.

Even many months later, he continued to support me well beyond what I could reasonably have expected. He kept in contact, helped keep the process moving, organised assistance with BMW, and consistently showed genuine care about getting things sorted properly. At no point did I feel abandoned or brushed aside.

Ross also deserves a mention. Although he wasn’t directly involved in my particular sale, every interaction with him has been professional, friendly, and genuine, and together they’ve created the kind of dealership people actually want to return to.

That kind of aftersales support tells you far more about a business than the sales pitch ever can.

Conor is a man of his word, and in today’s world that counts for a lot.

I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Giraffe Cars to anyone looking for a quality car from people who truly stand over what they sell.

I had an excellent experience with Giraffe Cars from start to finish. The customer service was genuinely outstanding — friendly, professional, and never pushy at any stage.

The attention to detail really stood out and nothing was rushed or glossed over.
A special mention to Conor, who went above and beyond to make the whole process completely stress-free. He organised the transfer of my service plan and handled everything efficiently, taking all the hassle out of changing cars and giving me total confidence throughout.

It’s refreshing to deal with a dealership that focuses on customer care rather than hard sales tactics. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Giraffe Cars to anyone looking for a smooth, straightforward, and honest car-buying experience.
