With great patience she was able to talk us through the issue we were having keeping both myself and my colleagues calm while explaining in detail how to safely lower the machine we had on hire. Grace also promptly dispatched an engineer, Stephen, who arrived within 15 minutes. Stephen was knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly so we could resume our work.
