Absolutely fantastic experience! The premises were spotless and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Jon was the absolute best—so helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I had everything I needed and the right car for me. Lawrence and Damien were also incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere that made the whole visit enjoyable. I love Highland Motors. I have found all their staff to be friendly, genuinely interested, helpful and considerate to me in any issues with my Renault Zoe. I have been particularly bowled over by Damien who unexpectedly turned up in Sligo when I had a break down, gave me a lift to Highland Motors and provided me with a replacement Renault Zoe 2019 for six weeks while my car was being repaired. I bought a new Renault Arkana for my wife, Jon was great in helping her get the right car and ensured the process was easy. A great team up there providing a great service.

Went in to see about a fault light on my dash that comes up at 2000 revs, they cleared the codes and  told me I had to drive it to see if any faults come up again and as soon as I drove out the gates the fault light come back on, so these lads didn't even bother to turn the car on and rev it or drive it round the roundabout and charged me €90 for the pleasure. They did change my broken brake light, but didn't put back on the cover in my boot so that was also lovely and dirty by the time I got home from rolling around my boot floor
