Got a 2 post lift delivered to me last week. Very easy self installation.  There's always someone on the end of the phone to help you out . Look for the repairs dept for technical advice.  They know their stuff

I recently received my new finishing mower, and I must say that the staff was really helpful and pleasant to work with.
If you need anything connected to garden machinery, definitely check these folks out. They are highly knowledgeable about the things they sell and provide excellent service.
If you have any problems with your current power tools like angle grinders, Band Saws, magnetic drills, impact wrenches and so on. please contact them since they have a workshop out back.

I had to contact Howden Tools with a query via FB Messenger and received an almost immediate reply.

I had to follow this up with an email for further details to the sales dept.

Once again I received a very quick reply and proceeded to place my order the next day, which was a Friday morning for a 3 SECTION 3X7 EXTENSION (COMBI) LADDER 4.2 MTR.

To my complete surprise the ladder which is excellent quality arrived the very next day.

I had a slight issue, misunderstanding with an item,  but Paddy and the Team sorted it out very fairly ,and went that Extra mile for us.

Staff were nice but product was not the advertised price. I drove a 2 hour round trip only to be told the price that was quoted on Donedeal was not the actual price. Very frustrating and a serious waste of time.
