While shopping for a new car we ventured into Doran motors  , we had the good fortune to be be assisted by a young sales gentleman Chad . Chad was very attentive, listened to our wish list gave us comparisons on cars arranged test drives whilst all the while being very relatable and mannerly . Always ready to make a deal . We were glad that it wasn't what can be the over the top hard sell that you find in garages . Service department need some customer service training went in with a issue and before I could finish speaking I was shut down with "that's impossible and it's not are fault" it was obvious from the way he cut across me I wasn't the first to have this issue incredibly rude man who didn't want to deal with the problem just wanted to get me out of the building as soon as he could would highly recommend not dealing with this lot they accept no responsibility for anything they do I will be on citroen Ireland and the ombudsman
