My daughter in-law purchased a honda 2017 HR V EX 1.5 petrol CVT. Glenn was so helpful throughout the hole process. The car was prepared and checked fully before payment of the remaining balance. The hole process was a piece of cake. Excellent service from all the staff at john Adams Car Sales. Glenn is a gentleman and all the staff are really really nice. After service is 100% highly recommend.

The staff are friendly and they have beautiful cars

Great service. Brought my "newish to me" Honda here for a service as they are a Honda dealership.  Glenn, Craig and team couldn't be more helpful or honest. Delighted to have found such sound, thorough professionals. Would highly recommend John Adams Car Sales.

I've been dealing with John Adams Car Sales for a few decades now and would never buy from anywhere else. After sales service is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly and trustworthy family business. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Avoid This Garage – Unauthorised Work and Overcharging

I brought my car to this garage specifically to have the timing belt replaced. That was the only work I requested. However, without my consent the garage carried out a full service and replaced multiple parts – none of which I had authorised or agreed to.

When I questioned the work, I was shocked to find they had gone ahead and charged me for all of it. To make matters worse, I brought my own mechanic with me to inspect the work and we asked to see the parts that had been replaced. It quickly became clear that some parts had been changed unnecessarily . The garage was caught out and couldn’t provide a valid explanation.

This is completely unacceptable – no garage should carry out work without a customer’s permission, let alone charge for unnecessary or potentially unperformed work. I feel taken advantage of and would strongly advise others to stay away from this place.

If you value. transparency, honesty, and professional service – this is not the garage for you
