Collected my 2021 BMW530e from Marcus today. Car beautifully prepared, ready for collection when i arrived and I was given a full demo on the car features. Marcus spent the time to take me through all the features of the car, including configuring the apple car-play to make sure the car was set-up for the trip home.. A pleasure to deal with Marcus and the car was exactly as described, if not better.
A small touch, Marcus included spare batteries with the car fobs, .... I've never seen a dealer with this attention to detail before. This is the second car I have purchased from Marcus and I would highly recommend him and John Hayes Cars.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my vehicle from John Hayes Cars. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Marcus was knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to help.
The quality of the vehicle was exactly as described, and seller ensured every detail was in top-notch condition before handing over the keys.
Their customer service was outstanding - Audi what I purchased had a very minor software issue and Markus sorted it out immediately in Audi garage and organised courtesy car for me.

They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and when time comes to change car I definitely go back to John Hayes Cars.

Just bought my gorgeous new car from John Hayes Cars and had a great experience! Marcus is knowledgeable, responsive and helpful and he made the entire process very simple and stress free for us, which we really appreciated. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and the car was perfect when we got the keys. I’m delighted with the new Audi I purchased and would definitely recommend John Hayes cars.

Bought 232 X2 for my wife of Marcus Hayes, 5 star service from day 1 enquiry to collection, the car is an example, some main dealers especially Audi could learn a thing or three of a small family run business like this who care about their customers, they value their business and build trust quickly, no BS - no corporate red tape - no bots - no hollow answers - just straight honest talk and action. It’s I have no doubt our family will be back to purchase again of John Hayes Cars in the future, I highly recommend these guys !

I rarely do reviews and was not requested to leave a review. Think this may be my first review but I wanted to take the opportunity following my dealings with Marcus at John Hayes Cars.

Was in the market for a car upgrade and the first car I looked at was at John Hayes. Marcus was a very genuine, honest gentleman who answered all my questions and gave me a great deal. I purchased on the spot. Car was perfectly detailed on collection. A very nice car buying experience and I will be in touch again when time for upgrade comes around again.
