I had a very positive experience of dealing with Alan in particular and the garage generally. The issues with the car were sorted in advance without any problem and the handover of the car was done with some nice touches.  I was very happy I chose this garage - well worth the drive up the M1.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience.

Less than three weeks ago, I purchased a car from a particular salesperson at John McCabe Nissan in Drogheda. The car was collected at around 6pm, and by the very next morning I noticed problems immediately. The tyres were misaligned, there was a concerning noise coming from the engine, and when I said it to the salesperson on collection, I was told the noise was simply because it was a low car and that "some cars make those noises."

Unfortunately, this turned out not to be true. The vehicle has since been found to need new shock absorbers, a wishbone, new wiper blades, and the driver's side window does not close properly. These are not minor issues that should be appearing on a recently purchased vehicle.

What has disappointed me most is the misleading information I was given throughout the process. Instead of addressing my concerns honestly, I felt they were dismissed and explained away.

I am a very unhappy customer and would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to thoroughly inspect the car and get an independent check before committing to a purchase and don't trust that sales person in John McCabe Nissan Garage Drogheda
