I've been to a lot of dealerships over the past 3 months and this has been the best and easiest to deal with. Ian in sales is very professional, honest and considerate. I never felt pressured at any stage and it was the easiest deal I ever made. Damien in finance is equally very attentive and knowledgeable. I arrived again today to ask a few questions and spoke with Peter and another salesman. It is clear that there is a customer focused culture at this dealership and I really felt valued. Bought a car pending finance approval, approval took 2 days, was approved, phoned to make arrangements to collect my car and was told sorry " we sold it today" same day as my finance was approved. I was in the position to pay a deposit to secure the car, but was told it would be fine I could pay the deposit once the fiancé was approved. it would be kept for me.  It  is good  standard practice that if there is an offer to purchase  on a car. pending financial approval that dealer ethically should give you first option, and keep the car. Took me weeks to find the right car.
Not sure why they would act like this, was on my way to fetch my new Volvo,. I am not use to business being conducted like this. truly disappointing behaviour. Johnson and Perrot Volvo thank you for your great service !
