4 months after buying my first car from Galaxy Motors, 2015 Honda Fit. Absolutely amazing car, no issues whatsoever with it so far, running well and couldn't be happier with it.

The team made the process so easy. Answered all questions asked about the vehicle before purchasing, took for a quick test drive and had me sold from there.

Buying process very easy too. Deposit paid after looking at it, balance transferred a few days later and took the car home a week after putting down the deposit.

Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if they're after an automatic car like I was. Great selection, all in excellent condition (mostly Japanese Imports but that what's makes them great in my opinion), and vehicles to suit lower and higher budgets.

So happy with my purchase. Great guy to deal with. He has a good range of cars to suit every budget. He even added a new radio to my car for free. Really recommend 🩷

Very nice and friendly lads over there, dealing mostly japanese imports.
The car I bought a month ago is in good shape and condition despite being 11 years old. So far, no issue. The price was reasonable and lads also installed new android screen (free of charge) as the old one wasn't working.
Overall very positive experience.

Would be vigilant buying from here and make sure you get car checked properly. See a lot of very similar reviews. 5 months from boyfriend purchasing VW polo, has been nothing but issues since the jump. Car supposedly fully serviced the day before he bought it, he's needed to have €500 work last month, the EPC light kept coming on and turning off and coming back on. Engine overheats when idling, causing coolant light to come on, seems like fan doesn't work. Car wouldn't start yesterday morning, got it jump started, drove it for 1.5 hours to make sure battery was ok. Then after parking for about 20 min, started fine, taking off from lights about 5 mins later, power steering went and car just wouldn't turn back on. Car is a city car and its taken out for a longer drive once a week so most definitely not driven too much. Clearly not serviced efficiently, nothing but problems since it was purchased, seems like was just barley patched up for quick sale.

I would caution anyone considering buying a car here to think carefully. A car is more than a transaction – it’s a commitment to reliability and safety. And unfortunately, that’s not what we received.

Four months ago, my brother purchased a car from this dealership in good faith, expecting a reliable vehicle and a fair standard of aftercare. Unfortunately, we are now dealing with €2,000 worth of damage to the car, and the response from the dealership has been both dismissive and unhelpful. I saw another review on here, and it appears to be the exact same problem as that person! Engine and timing belt issues.

Where are they sourcing these cars from is what I’d like to know? Fixing them so they’ll appear okay for a couple of months? It’s not good enough.

Rather than investigating the root of the issue or standing behind the vehicle they sold, the dealership has placed the blame on my brother, claiming he has “driven it too much” within five months. Even though he’s only had it four months.

He hasn’t driven excessively at all – and even if he had, that is what a car is for. Suggesting that regular use is somehow the cause of such significant damage is not only unreasonable, it’s insulting. Cars are meant to be driven – and driven reliably – especially one that’s less than half a year off the lot.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of support. There has been no real effort to resolve the situation or even offer a fair assessment of the damage. The tone and attitude suggest that once the sale was made, any sense of responsibility ended there. This is not how you treat customers who trusted you with one of the biggest purchases a person can make.

If I could give less stars I would.. Very disappointing service.
