Dealt with Aigars, lovely bloke to deal with, extremely knowledgeable of the cars I was interested in and also no big sales push. Made the process very easy and straight forward. Excellent buying experience, let's hope the after sales and servicing experience are just as good.

I was assisted by Steven, and he was very patient in explaining everything to me. It took me several days to choose between the two options that appealed to me. I bought my first brand-new car today and I'm very happy.

Very helpful staff and friendly to deal with as well. Had use of a demo car for a few days which helped greatly on making my mind up on which model to go for. The salesman I dealt with (Aigars) was on top of his game, happy to deal with any queries no matter how stupid they seemed and never pushy at all, which is the way it should be. Well done!

We were absolutely blown away by the incredible experience we had during the purchase of our vehicle. Every single member of the staff were professional, friendly, patient, kind and thorough. Our main contact Robert never made us feel rushed or pressured, we give him 100 out of 10, no exaggeration. As eager buyers on a time crunch, we visited multiple dealerships over a couple of days. Our experience at most other dealerships was unfortunately very poor, as compared to Limerick Motor Centre. Robert knew the inventory thoroughly and made us feel at ease due to his knowledge. He was always available by phone and we were even more impressed on the day we picked our car up. The overall attention to detail from Robert was unbelievable. In addition, the two gentlemen who helped us with the financial side of things were just as great.

Hyundai i10 service. Timely reminder was sent by Limerick Motor Centre and a swift appointment was agreed. The waiting time for completion was within one and a half hours which suited my schedule and I got some shopping done locally.
What Made me very happy was that the quote I received initially made me gasp but due to global price increases I felt obliged to accept. However, to my surprise the total was less than that quoted. It was a relief. I say I'd chance them for next service too.
I received a concise inspection report and video so I was not left wondering what was actually done for the increased costs.
And my car was washed so overall I was very happy with the service provided by Hyundai Ballysimon Limerick. And Yes! I will use them again.
