We accidentally scraped a car while pulling into a parking space, causing only minor damage. Before involving insurance, we asked the other party to obtain a repair quote, as the damage appeared too minimal to warrant a claim. The garage they used, Linders, quoted €1,412.66 for the repairs.

However, upon reviewing the quote, I noticed several items that were unnecessary for the level of damage sustained. To ensure fairness, I consulted a trusted mechanic and reached out to two additional garages. Both offered to complete the same repairs for €450 — nearly €1,000 less than the quote from Linders.

It was clear from the comparison that Linders was trying to rip us off by inflating the cost of the repairs well beyond what was reasonable. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when dealing with Linders. If you receive a quote from them, I strongly recommend comparing it with other reputable garages to ensure you’re getting a fair and accurate price.

Very poorly managed dealership. Bought a brand new car. They registered it incorrectly, misspelling my name even after I warned them to be careful. Then they lost one of the two keys that came with the car. Then they spent six weeks looking for the second key, stringing me along, because they didn't want to pay the cost of their mistake. Every time they promised a call back about it, they missed their own deadline until I chased them up again. I had to spend weeks dealing with the incorrect registration and road tax, and weeks asking about my key. Finally had to wait 2 hrs to have the key cut and programmed. This is how they treat brand new customers! I'll do my service at another dealer. Don't buy a car from here. Nothing but excuses and poor service.

Worst service by Linders!!
My MG ZS EV which is just one and a half years old won't start today. It feels like the system is not able to kick start because of some security issue.
I call MG maintain for help, nobody answers for a good half an hour.
When they finally receive, after taking all my details, they tell me that they cannot send me help because apparently the last time I got my car serviced at Linders MG, they did not register my service on the system.
Inspite of having my car serviced last year with them and inspite of me being entitled to free extended service and roadside assistance, I did not get any help because of the sheer negligence and inefficiency of MG.

You are given big promises when buying cars from them but when it comes down to ground zero they fail miserably.

Poor Experience – Would Not Recommend
I purchased a 251 van from Linders Garage and encountered issues almost immediately. The vehicle had ongoing onboard computer problems, which impacted its safety and reliability. Although the garage eventually agreed to a refund, I am still waiting on the remaining interest balance owed to me.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, poor communication and a lack of professionalism from the garage have left me out of pocket by several hundred euros.
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this dealership and strongly advise others to exercise caution. Consider spending your money with a more reputable and trustworthy dealer.
