I have been bringing my car/s here for service for years. What I love about this place is they are never out to try and make more money off you, they are very honest and ensure they only do the repairs that are truly needed. I feel some mechanics these days will exaggerate something just to get you to pay for a job, that really is not even needed. If something is borderline, they will let you know it should be done eventually, but will be honest if it must be done right away. It is clear they care more about the actual customer, rather than the $$$ and making a sale. Also, whenever I have gotten work done here, the prices are comparable or cheaper to other shops, so it is not like you are paying a premium, but you still get premium service! This shop has earned my trust and I know whenever I bring my car in for work, it is being done right and at the fairest price. Also, I sometimes check their car sales since they do service and sales here. That too is always very fair. Whenever I see a car I am interested in or one for a friend, I will compare that car to what else is out there via the web, and Linders always has the most competitive price I can find for that particular vehicle. I have even met the owner of the shop and he is a great and genuine guy, so it is clear why that trickles down to all the employees as well. Love Linders and highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience at Linders and can't recommend them enough!

After Firestone told me I needed to replace all four of my tires for approximately $1,400, when I had a slow leak in one of my tires, I decided to get a second opinion from Linders, where I purchased my vehicle and have always had positive experiences.

They got me in the very next morning and had my car diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. The issue turned out to be nothing more than a small screw in the center of my tire, which they were able to patch quickly and safely.

When I mentioned that another shop had recommended replacing all four tires, the employee thought that sounded unusual. He took the time to inspect all of my tires and showed me that they still have about half of their tread life remaining—roughly another 25,000 miles. He explained that I absolutely did not need new tires and that a simple patch was the correct repair.

I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism of everyone at Linders. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they took the time to explain everything and fixed the actual problem. It's refreshing to find a business that values integrity and treats its customers fairly.

If you're looking for a trustworthy service department that puts honesty before sales, I highly recommend Linders. They've earned a customer for life!

Extended warranty coverage
We purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-5 from Linders in 2024. We opted to purchase the extended warranty plan. Recently one of the front headlight assemblies started to hum and make a noticeable noise as soon as the lights were activated. We looked on line and found that Mazda had identified a manufacturing defect and issued a service bulletin. The information indicated that the assembly could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. It also said that Mazda would not typically cover the cost, which was estimated at between $1400 and $2400, if the vehicle was out of warranty. Our vehicle was out of warranty with 53000 miles.

With this huge potential expense, we remembered about the extended warranty that Linders had offered with the original sale. I stopped by Linders and spoke with John in Service. He watched the video I had taken of the issue and then reviewed the warranty coverage. He then contacted Mazda to get pricing and availability for the new headlight assembly and then contacted the extended warranty carrier and worked with them to explain the problem, review the details and ultimately get their approval to cover the costs. He also worked with me to get the car to Linders and provide us with a loaner vehicle so the repairs could be completed that same day. The total cost of the repair was over $2200 but our costs were limited to the policy’s $100 deductible. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome.

John handled the issue professionally and I had the feeling that he and Linders had our backs. They are a true customer service oriented business that is worth the visit if you are looking for a high quality vehicle at a legitimate price or have a repair need and want exceptional service.

Late review. I came here a year ago but I had a great experience they gave me a 30 guarantee on my parts and they made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I'm very happy I came here and I do tell all my friends to come here

Brought my 1997 Ford Ranger to Linders recently for gas tank and clutch issues. After a few weeks, the shop declined to work on the vehicle due to safety and parts availability, which I understood. I arranged to have the truck towed home. Upon arrival, I discovered the gas tank had been removed entirely and left unsecured in the truck bed without my knowledge, creating a strong smell of gasoline fumes. Additionally, the rear gate access panel was missing. Photos attached.
