Sales team are good and delivery is good.

Big issue for me later on when I asked for warranty help. I got a 30kw pto generator. And 11 months later (december) and only 12 hours on the machine the oil seal went on the gear box. I called and spoke to the guys in service and they explained id have to put it on a pallet and wait for a courier and load it on, then wait for its return which could have been as late as February, not satisfactory! I asked if they could just send a repair person out and do it in our workshop, they said to busy.

So I got annoyed, stripped gear box off myself, discovered the seal went as the gear box was drastically over filled, the oil seal was rock hard and center shaft was a little rusty with no grease. (Stored in a new dry shed) I got an oil seal. 35mins total was spent replacing the seal, cleaning the center shaft greasing it and rebuilding it. Into mid January I still had no response from repair team and then informed them I just sorted it myself. Such a simple task but the repair team where just not interested. A company I would not use again because of the back up service.

Great sales team, great generator, bad after sales service and tried to charge me for a fault that came about from there generator. Extortionate prices for servicing etc. Be care-full with this company.

Pathetic, useless customer care which doesn't care.
You would think that in a business involving sales that you would bend over backwards to get potential customers.
These guys just don't want your business so don't waste your time annoying them.
