McGuigan Motors has been in business for over 50 years. The business began 1959 when Francie McGuigan and his wife Eileen came to reside in Castleblayney. They moved into the premises in Muckno Street and it is from there McGuigan Motors has been built around. Over those 50 years, the business has undergone many changes and to meet this ever changing world and market the firm has continued to expand and innovate to the point where McGuigan Motors are today one of the top car yards in the region. The workshop is modern and one of the best equipped in the country. Much has been invested into making sure all elements of car repairs and servicing can be dealt with in a full and professional manner by the great team at McGuigan Motors.

I bought my car yesterday from this place and the service was great—I couldn’t have expected anything better. Everything was very professional, and there were no issues arranging our meeting or anything else.

I’m very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Dermot, the salesman. He is a great businessman and provided excellent service.

Best reviews from me! I’m so happy with my new car 🤩

I was looking for a second hand car and Greg was so welcoming and professional. I asked him for a test-drive. He was patient the whole time, making sure I was at ease, helping me with the shifts, lights and informing me about Irish insurances.
Since I came by myself, I couldn't drive the car that I bought back home, therefore he loaded the car on his truck and brought it to my house. I'm so grateful for Greg's support, I recommend anyone who needs to buy a car to drop by TMT and ask for Greg, you will be in good hands!

I've been a loyal customer of Dermot at McGuigan Motors since 2014, and I can't recommend him enough. Both Dermot and Sinead provide exceptional service, making every car buying experience a pleasure. Their professionalism and genuine care for customers set them apart. If you're looking for a reliable dealership with fantastic service, look no further than McGuigan Motors.

Recently got a used Audi TT from McGuigan Motors. From start to finish, Dermot couldn't have been more helpful in sourcing the car for me. He helped deal with the VRT and made sure car was all in working order before handing car over. Communication was amazing and was great to deal with, would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking to buy a car. Thank you so much, love the car!

I do feel honest reviews are very important, i always read reviews before i make any purchases. Not having the benefit of word of mouth as I'm not from the area I was already happy to see such great customer feedback from previous customer's so it is my pleasure now to share my excellent experience with Mcguigan Motors.
I have to say, from my first point of contact with DSJ mcguigan motors to receiving my new car everything has been 10 stars .
I spotted said car online ; rang and asked detailed questions, all answered with ease and honesty by Dermot. This gave me the confidence to make the journey , travel up from wexford to take her out for a test drive and have a chat.
I have to say Dermot is probably the most genuine, honest, professional and decent dealer I have ever come across. He has been a pleasure to deal with throughout this whole process. There was zero mansplaining which was refreshing and reassuring. You can see from Dermot the pride he takes in running such a reputable dealership. I was so happy with everythjng our deal was done and payments arranged on the day.
Throughout the whole process of VRT, NCT , extended warranty there was constant communication and updates. The customer service from Dermot and Sinead is seriously top class, nothing was too much bother they have gone above and beyond for me. We arranged a handover ; he graciously accommodated a pick up date and place that suited me.
I have, since returning to wexford with my new car been singing his praises to everyone who will listen. I would 100 % recommend mcguigan motors to anyone interested in a new car purchase.
