I purchased a Peugeot 3008 from Merry’s Garage  2 weeks ago. I found Alan to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As I was travelling from Cork to view this car, Alan did not hesitate to send videos or answer any questions I had prior to travelling up to Kilkenny to purchase this car. All paperwork was available along with an up to date service history. The car I purchased was immaculate and very low mileage for the year. I received a 3 month warranty with this vehicle and Alan assured me not to hesitate to contact him if I had any issues. Thankfully, I don’t think this will be the case as it was so clear that this car had been so well looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend Merry’s Garage to anyone. Alan is absolutely trust worthy and great at what he does. Thank you Alan for everything and all your assistance when I purchased this vehicle from you. Hopefully, we will cross paths again in the near future. All the best.

It's a great place for sweets!
Staff are lovely, I had a puncture repaired, the wait time was only a few minutes.
There's also alot of cars and commercial vehicles for sale.

Got a blow out on my tyre on the main road. I rang merrys garage they got me going again within 20 minutes. Very good service. Would defiently recommend 😊

Will never go here again. Car needed tires and I had some there left over from previous punctures etc and wanted to use them. Owner came out and refused to fit them because I hadn’t bought them from him. Made a horrible comment belittling me in front of other staff. I was more than happy to pay to have them fitted and wanted to use up the spares I had. Pure ignorant man will never return and will tell everyone to avoid.

I am appaled by this company and would tell everyone to avoid them.
After initially having a good experience purchasing my first car as a young female, once it was purchased all the mattered to the company was their bottom line.
They breached my consumer protection rights by not honouring the 3 month warranty.
I have begun a small claims process against them.
They have also breached GDPR rights by not providing me with documents relating to me and my data.
Do not shop here.
