Recently purchased my first car from Merry's Garage, great service, staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks again to everyone at Merry's Garage for getting me on the road!

Will never go here again. Car needed tires and I had some there left over from previous punctures etc and wanted to use them. Owner came out and refused to fit them because I hadn’t bought them from him. Made a horrible comment belittling me in front of other staff. I was more than happy to pay to have them fitted and wanted to use up the spares I had. Pure ignorant man will never return and will tell everyone to avoid.

I am appaled by this company and would tell everyone to avoid them.
After initially having a good experience purchasing my first car as a young female, once it was purchased all the mattered to the company was their bottom line.
They breached my consumer protection rights by not honouring the 3 month warranty.
I have begun a small claims process against them.
They have also breached GDPR rights by not providing me with documents relating to me and my data.
Do not shop here.
