⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I bought my car from this garage and I’m very pleased with the experience. The service was excellent, the price was fair, and everything was handled in a professional manner. I’m very happy with my car and would gladly recommend this garage to others.

Bought a 2017 Ford Transit from Rob and to say that I am happy with my purchase is an understatement. The van is in an even better condition than described and it came fully serviced and DOE’d. Thank you again for all your help Rob and all the team at Michael Grant Motors

I bought a car from Michael Grant Motors a year ago, but I waited until the guarantee was up to give a proper review. I can honestly say I would recommend them to anyone. Dealt with both Michael and Robert and nothing was too much trouble. Needed to contact them 3 times over the year and they went above and beyond for me. As a woman, car shopping can be difficult so I can say with all honesty go to Michael Grant Motors!

Dealt with Rob, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. 1 year later and the car is still perfect. Really happy with the service received , definitely recommend Rob and Michael

Bought a kgm korando emotion ev. Problem started straight away. 10 returns with some 5,8,25 days long. Replaced battery replaced cable 3 times
Received in writing car doesn't want to charge at home with bad supply esb. Car public chargers not to be used or relied on cables temperamental not ro be relied on. Don't use granny cable supplied with car except as last resort.
The car running when engine off, the not going o to hear, the lockouts the charge fails and electrical failure—manifested all down to me so they will give me lessons. Turns out kgm have a campaign now to replace and fix this but my car is 2 years old this month. Car is in garage a total of 8 months I'm still paying loan. The subject access request data shows deleted repairs and job cars and service and fix history. Or does show reciepts proving my actual experience
Discovering the lie about price upset me as I financed 3500 plus Interest more than price of car and a parallel invoice with grant seai and reducing price 9 days post sale was verified and matches details on SEAI. The seai was not passed row either which is strange. To co we this documents in subject access request show a devaluation of trade in to cover this up. Decloration was also created for car history after sale with devalued trade in.
According to subject access request data from kgm, Michael Grant Motors and finance Ireland it shows
Overcharge so garage did well on that dishonest bonus but then the grant was another 3500. Sounds good an extra 7k on top of car commission and loan company commission. Then Michael Grant and kgm disappeared all the repair history and in writing rolesamk they had not seen my car I. A year and a half.
I will be sharing documents from internal files to prove this and get resolved as 24 months later I have spent months in illegal unroadworthy vehicles unsuitable for my disabled daughters reamsper needs. Michael Grant Motors wrote email to do once irwland saying they had not seen me or car in a year and a half when in reality car was there at times for 25 days, 8 days, 5days and many more during the silent time they didn't see car. Please check my tiktok to see actual documents from those I ternal files to prove all of this
