⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service! 5 stars is not enough for the team at MPS Garage.

After another workshop in Galway completely botched an intercooler repair and severely destroyed my car's A/C condenser, I brought my Renault Koleos to MPS Garage. They were incredibly professional, honest, and efficient.

They diagnosed the issue immediately, fitted a brand new A/C condenser, refilled the system perfectly, and charged a very fair and transparent price of €550 (with a full official invoice). Thanks to them, my family finally has a fully working car again after weeks of stress.

If you are looking for honest, skilled mechanics who do high-quality work and don't rip people off, look no further. Highly recommended and I will definitely be returning for any future servicing! Thank you, MPS Garage!

Despite not purchasing a car i was interested in,I found them very easy to deal with. Communication was very good and honest. My deposit was returned quickly as well .I'd have no problem dealing with them in the future.

Excellent service! We ended up there with an issue during our holidays and they basically saved us. Thanks to Igor and his team for the help and for solving the issue as fast as they could.

Highly recommend MPS Garage. Friendly, helpful and honest staff. Fast turn around on getting an appointment and on getting any work done. Reasonable pricing for such efficient service

I had an oil change done here, and I felt €160 was expensive for the service I received.

Initially, the invoice did not specify what engine oil had been used. Only after I asked was "Shell Helix" written on the invoice, but it still didn't include the oil grade or specification. I had to ask what oil had been put into my car and what work had actually been carried out instead of being told as part of the service.

What disappointed me most was that you removed my original Toyota service disc holder from the windscreen and replaced it with your own branded one without asking for my permission. It may seem like a small thing, but it's my car, and you should ask before removing or replacing anything that belongs to it.

The lack of communication, transparency, and attention to customer service left a poor impression, and I won't be returning.

Update in response to the owner's reply:

Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify a few points.
The price was not discussed with me before the service, so I disagree with your statement that it was explained before my booking. I also had to ask what oil was used and what work had actually been carried out, rather than being told as part of the service.

My original Toyota disc holder was not in poor condition, and I should have been asked before it was removed and replaced with your own branded one.

I only realised how much better customer service and communication could be after recently having my car serviced at a well established garage. The difference was clear. My review reflects my genuine experience.
