Very disappointed and bad experience. On 17 June 2025. I contacted the team to get new car as trade in. Communication was through what’s app and got price for 74950. I drove for 25 kilometres and stopped my job and went to them to start the deal. I met Fiona at the reception and explained to her. She went to back office and came back with different price which is higher than I got through what’s app with 4000 euro extra. When I show my communication and after long discussion in the office that no one from sales team comes out to meet me as it should be.

Fiona told me that she would take pictures of my car and answer me in 24 hours.

Today 22 August 2025. No answer.

That was very disappointing sad experience as I have not got any attention and why no one from sales team comes out as usual and why I have not contacted and also to understand that I left my job and drove to the garage which showed I’m a serious buyer.
